Reservation and Seating: We encourage you to make a reservation in advance to secure your table. While we strive to accommodate all guests, seating availability is subject to the restaurant’s capacity.
Ordering: All orders are subject to availability, time of ordering and type of order to ensure your safety and satisfaction.
Delivery Fee: For our delivery fee, we give a price based on the cost of the driver and the packaging material used to deliver the food. We appreciate your understanding.
Payment: Payments are accepted in local currency or any other payment methods specified by the restaurant.
Cancellations and Refunds: If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation charges. Refunds for cancellations are subject to our discretion and the notice period given.
Service Charge and Taxes: A service charge may be added to your bill for the convenience of our guests. This charge is not a gratuity for the restaurant staff. All applicable taxes will be added to the final bill as required by local regulations.

Reservation Timeliness: If you have made a reservation, please arrive promptly at the scheduled time. We may hold the table for a maximum of 15 minutes, after which the reservation may be considered canceled.
